How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from any NabTech application (including GYMZO and its white-label variants), you can do so using either method below:

Option 1: From Within the App

  1. Open the app and go to your Profile screen.
  2. Scroll down to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2: Via Email

Send an email to nabeel@nabtech.pro with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm via email.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

What Data May Be Retained

In limited circumstances, some data may be retained after account deletion:

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible. After 30 days, all personal data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
